The VA IRRRL Program is as easy as 3 steps. The first step is to apply. Click on the "Apply Now" hyperlink in the menu bar and fill out the secure online form. Step two is to email, fax, or upload the neccessary documents listed on the "Documents Needed" web page. The final step is closing. We send a notary public to your home, place of business, or location of your choosing. Once, the closing takes place there is a 3 day recission period before funding of the loan.

In further detail:
Step One- Fill out the online form. Be sure to fill out the form completely with accurate information so there is no delay to the process. It's ok if you do not know or do not have some of the information. A loan processer assigned to your IRRRL will call you to collect any additional information not filled out. It is important to have your current mortgage statement and DD214 available when filling out the application. You may also need your homeowner's insurance declaration page and your Note when filling out the form accurately. Please call us at anytime 443-402-6457 if you have questions.
Step Two- Email or fax the required documents to 240-223-4770 or to email@example.com. Once again, the documents required to complete the program are your Promissory Note, your driver's license, your social security card, and your most recent mortgage statement. You can easily scan these items and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax them to 240-223-4770. If you like you can request a prepaid FEDEX label from the loan processor. They will email you the label and all you have to do is print the label and drop your documents off at a FEDEX location or you can call 1-800-GO-FEDEX and schedule a time for FEDEX to pick up the documents and hand deliver them to us. If you send originals we will make copies at our offices and send them back to you via FEDEX. After completing step one, your loan processor will call you and will email you the application for E-signing. Once you complete the E-signing at your computer, the documents are sent securely to us. We take over from there and process your application with the additional documents you provided.
Step Three- Close your VA IRRRL. Your loan processor will call you to schedule a closing. This can be at your home, at your place of business or at a location that you approve. The notary service is flexible and will accomadate the time that you request. They will come out as early as 8 AM and as late a 10 PM. After step three there is a 3 day recission period in which you can cancel at any time. After the recission period your loan funds and the process is complete.
As you can see the process in its entirety will take up about 30-40 minutes of your time and can save you thousands of dollars upfront and ten's of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. The entire program from start to finish will take about 10-15 business days.
